Very cozy café with interesting, health-conscious options for both coffee and non-coffee drinkers. Definitely not a working café. There is only one outlet and limited seating. But that feels intentional. This is a place meant to be enjoyed. It’s warm, welcoming, and the coffee is noticeably high quality. Try the turmeric anti-inflammatory oat milk latte. It’s amazing!

Super chill and good vibes. Venue is small, but extra comfy with outdoor seating. If you want a quick alternative to Starbucks, come here

Small but cozy coffee shop on 24th street. My drink of the day was called “Kulture” it was a dark chocolate , oat milk with chipotle and cinnamon espresso! So yummy I’ve been to this coffee shop previously and sat in and got a warm matcha and it was yummy as well. On the day I got the matcha , I sat at the high bar stool right in front of the window right in front. I happened to get there about 30 mins before closing but it was still a sweet moment. Very cool , calm and collected! If you’re looking for a smaller more quaint, quick but incredibly cozy coffee shop I recommend!

We came in recently and the barista was very friendly and welcoming. I believe she may have been the owner since she mentioned working with her mom. She was pleasant to talk to, helped us with recommendations, and overall gave a kind first impression. We ordered a seasonal guava matcha, a coffee, and a steamer for my son. I also want to mention that although the drinks are made using a machine, it’s still based on her recipes — I noticed an older review criticizing that, which is fair and hence the taste. Unfortunately, the drinks themselves were pretty underwhelming. The coffee tasted extremely mild, bland and watered down, even with the milk. The guava matcha mostly tasted like Costco guava juice with matcha layered on top and didn’t feel well balanced. For drinks that were close to $8 each, the quality and flavor just didn’t match the price in my opinion. What really changed the experience for me was when my son’s drink spilled within the first few minutes. I understand spills aren’t the shop’s fault, but when I asked if it could be remade, the response felt hesitant and uncomfortable. I was willing to pay for another drink, but after that interaction I decided not to reorder.A

I stumbled upon Balance Coffee Shop as I made my way through the neighborhood. I was overwhelmed with all the other shops and their desert based drinks and sugary crap. When I walked by Balance Coffee I couldn’t help but notice a simple yet fun menu, so I walked in. Nicholas, who I thought was Silas was a very kind and welcoming young man. He was friendly, suggestive and conversive. We talked about the Pacific Northwest, Mountain Country and well, good coffee. I don’t remember the names of the coffee I got but one was similar to a golden milk tea, and the other was a cinnamon based ice coffee which I really enjoyed. The owner walked in later on during my visit and she was very kind. She had this dog boom out which was nice little gift to read as I sipped on my coffee and stared out the window wondering about life. Overall a great experience 🤗
